Clean hotel, amicable staff, great-sized room. Location just off center and Monte Alban. Also, that close to downtown.

The hotel with impeccable rooms, in a tourist area, to everything we have seen in Oaxaca before. Overall a PERFECT 10/10 stay for a night. The staff were absolutely brilliant and assisted with free parking.

The hotel offered a useful free transfer service into town when booked ahead, and the reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The housekeeping service was attentive, the room was well-maintained throughout my visit.

Family with children will enjoy it
Staff were polite and helped us with everything , even stored our bags after check out. The room was so big and also very modern , I loved the coffee machine in the room to start my day right.
It wasn't cheap , but we expected a fair rate for the comfort we got.

nice place , but breakfast needs work
The facilities are well-maintained, and my room had a unique fire motif that added charm. I appreciated the great water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient, about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown, which allowed easy exploration of city attractions. Plus, I enjoyed a beautiful mountain view from my window.
The breakfast options lacked variety and could benefit from a broader selection.

The room was super spacious and bright with a large window. We had a comfy bed and plenty of towels and blankets, great for the family. Everything felt modern with good water pressure in the shower. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly. Only downside was that some gym equipment was broken, but that didn't bother us too much.
